## Quality control and factory audit process

Every OEM project follows a four-stage quality protocol so your private label products meet specification — every batch.

Stage 1 

### Factory Audit & Capability Review

On-site verification of production lines, quality systems, social compliance and financial stability. You receive a scored report with photos.

Stage 2 

### Prototype & Pilot Run Approval

We manage tooling, prototyping and small-batch pilot runs. The approved Golden Sample becomes the locked benchmark for mass production.

Stage 3 

### In-Process Inspection (DUPRO)

Conducted at 20–60% completion to catch material, dimension and finish issues early — before they affect the full batch.

Stage 4 

### Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI)

Final AQL 2.5/4.0 sampling before goods leave the factory. Quantity, quality, packaging, labelling and certification documents are all verified.
